When we looked at courses, we were amazed at how poorly designed most of them were – and that includes courses from some providers that are acclaimed as world-wide leaders. On a basic IT system, many were slow to run and involved tedious download times for components. Worst of all, they were poorly written and not particularly intuitive. Eventually we found SVI. Their system works quickly and courses are easy to understand and use. Their instructional design met our own high standards and we did not hesitate to enter into a partnership agreement with them.
